Construction of the hotel Moxy Alfragide is advancing steadily

The construction of Moxy Alfragide, a dynamic hospitality project developed by Mercan Properties, continues to progress at a fast pace. Located just 10 minutes from Lisbon’s city center, this future hotel will feature 218 modern and stylish rooms, designed to offer comfort and convenience in one of the city’s most strategic locations.

Recent progress highlights the completion of key engineering work on floors –3 and –2. Simultaneously, while finishing touches are already being implemented in the hotel’s public and employee areas, most of the ceiling infrastructure is finalized, and interior painting is currently underway.

In the guest rooms, furniture assembly is in progress and on track to be finalized by the end of the month, marking a key milestone toward operational completion.

In alignment with Mercan’s sustainability goals, the installation of solar panels is now underway, underscoring the company’s commitment to environmentally responsible development and energy-efficient solutions.

With the façade system entering its final stages, Moxy Alfragide is approaching completion and moving towards welcoming its first guests.
