The Luso-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILF) is organizing the 5th edition of the International Bilateral Chamber of Commerce Forum on July 1, taking place at the Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel. The initiative aims to support Portuguese companies looking to internationalize their business, offering opportunities for direct contact with foreign markets and potential business partners.

One of the highlights of the event, hosted at Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel, will be the Buyers Exchange, which brings together international companies seeking Portuguese suppliers, including in the textile and apparel sector.

Thirteen bilateral chambers of commerce have already been confirmed: the Portugal-based chambers of Germany, Belgium-Luxembourg, China, Colombia, Spain, France, Finland, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, and Morocco.

Free to attend, the forum will take place in a three-part format, combining the buyers exchange in a speed-dating model, an exhibitor fair, and a series of conferences.

The conference program will open with remarks from Isabel Quintas, Director of Internationalization at AICEP, and Fabrice Lachize, President of CCILF. Throughout the day, sessions held at the Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel will focus on different regions, allowing participants to gain deeper insight into each market's opportunities, trends, and challenges.

Eastern countries, China, Hong Kong, and Indonesia, will be featured in one of the thematic sessions. This will be followed by an analysis of Mediterranean countries, France, Spain, and Italy, as well as the markets of the Americas and Africa, represented by Colombia and Morocco. Northern Europe will be addressed through contributions from Germany, Finland, Great Britain, and Belgium-Luxembourg.

The program also includes a session dedicated to the support available for exporters, reinforcing the practical component of the event for companies interested in expanding their international presence.
