With summer about to come to an end, it feels good to find new reasons to pause and step away from the pace of everyday life. It is with this idea in mind that Fontinha Pizzeria presents a selection of new offerings designed to turn any gathering into a moment of sharing, with Italian cocktails, artisan focaccia, and the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine.

Until September 30, the “Ciao Spritz!” menu fills the glasses at Fontinha Pizzeria with several interpretations of Italy’s most iconic aperitif. With Aperol, Campari, Limoncello, Sarti, and St-Germain versions, offering options that range from more citrus-forward flavors to more floral profiles, each is available for €8.50.

Italian tradition can also be enjoyed through the artisan focaccia (€9), prepared according to the classic method, both in its ingredients, which keep things simple with flour, water, salt, yeast, and fresh rosemary, and in the fermentation time required to achieve a light and authentic texture. It is available for takeout, by pre-order with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
