There are new creations to discover at Broadway’s Brunch, at Four Points by Sheraton Matosinhos. With an offering that combines brunch classics, hot dishes, and a showcooking station that changes every Sunday, Chef André Carvalho invites friends and families to gather around the table.

Broadway’s Brunch, at Four Points by Sheraton Matosinhos, introduces a new menu for the fall season, featuring seasonal dishes and the return of weekly showcooking.

The experience, available every Sunday from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, combines breakfast classics with a diverse selection of hot dishes, salads, pastries, and desserts.

The new menu is created by André Carvalho, the hotel’s Executive Chef, and strengthens the culinary offering of the brunch, which aims to combine the variety of a buffet with the experience of a Sunday lunch.

The selection begins with an assortment of breads, pastries, and viennoiserie, including different types of bread, croissants, and mini donuts. Yogurts, cereals, seeds, and fruit complement the breakfast section, which also features classic options such as bacon, scrambled eggs, and beans. The buffet also includes savory snacks, cheese and cold cut platters, as well as simple and mixed salads.

The hot dishes section brings together a variety of options, including baked creamy codfish casserole, steamed salmon with lemon and herbs, slow-cooked veal with roasted potatoes, shredded duck with sausage rice, and slow-roasted pork ribs. The selection aims to expand the traditional brunch offering, bringing it closer to a full lunch experience.

Another highlight is the return of weekly showcooking, allowing guests to watch dishes being prepared on the spot. Options prepared to order may include eggs, risottos, burgers, and pizzas, at a station that adds an interactive dimension to the dining experience.

To finish, the dessert section offers a selection of sweets and fruit. The experience also extends to families, with the Kids Club, a dedicated area where children can play and participate in activities under the supervision of a staff member while adults enjoy their meal.

Broadway’s Brunch takes place every Sunday, from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, at Four Points by Sheraton Matosinhos, priced at €35 per adult. Children up to and including three years old can attend free of charge, while children aged four to 11 receive a 50% discount, paying €17.50. From the age of 12, the adult price applies.
